How long have you been in business?
We are the former employees of Ja-Pens Pet Center, which closed in Feb. 2010. This location opened in March 2010.
What is your primary product or service?
We offer the full range of all breed pet grooming with hand scissoring.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I was raised on a farm in WV. In the mid 70's I worked for a Doberman and Great Dane breeding kennel. I joined the staff of Ja-Pens Pet Center in 1986 as a kennel attendant. In 1990 I was promoted to head groomer and manager. I managed Ja=Pens Pet Centeer till it closed in Feb. 2010
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have a small staff and offer excellant customer service. We treat their pets like they are our own
